   यदि भाषा आयोग की सिफारिशो के संदर्भ में संविधान द्वारा मान्य सभी प्रमुख भारतीय भाषाओं , को , अंग्रेजी को एक अंतराष्ट्रीय सांस्कृतिक एवं वैज्ञानिक भाषा के रूप में साथ लेकर अपने अपने क्षेत्र में पनपने दिया जाता है और आम संपर्क भाषा के रूप में हिंदी के संशोधित रूप को स्वीकार किया जाता है तो नयी राष्ट्रीय संस्कृति बनाने का काम अपेक्षाकृत अधिक सरल हो जायेगा .
